Did you know....

-Cleaning companies will not clean bodily fluid.
For example, when a man dies in the apartment and, unfortunately and with my deepest sympathy,  suffered from a massive stomach ache prior to his death. And the apartment is covered in poo(walls, floors, furniture...you get the point), the cleaning company will walk right in, take one look and walk right back out. Did you also know that there are special companies who deal body fluids? Did you know that they are in hot demand and take forever to come out? Did you know that it's really hard to rent an apartment covered in crap?

-Body parts go in the dumpster.
For example, if a tenant kills himself in the apartment, and the police come, and they remove the body, but forgot a few....parts. The above mentioned removers will toss the parts in the dumpster. Did you know dumpster divers will call the police when they discover body parts during their morning dive?

Happy Day After Halloween!

This happened to me once. A resident passed away in the bathroom and left feces all over the floor. I couldn't find a cleaning company to take care of it. Our maintenance crew had to. It was terrible.

Aren't those body parts supposed to go into biohazard?
