Does this apartment come with an iron lung or is that extra?

I was browsing through old posts and came across this video and had to share again.
This tenant only lived here one year.
 She smoked all day long and used to complain that her fire alarm was broken because it wouldn't stop going off.
So she took out the batteries.
 When I did fire alarm checks I found this and instantly replaced her battery and the alarm started going off again.
 So we placed it by an open window and figured this would fix the problem.
 Since the apartment was SO smokey it's no wonder the fire alarm was having an anxiety attack every three minutes.
 If ever there was an apartment that needed a fire alarm that was it.
 When she moved out you could literally see where the pictures on her wall where hanging.
 It took new carpet new paint plus primer on all the walls, ceilings and cabinets in and out.
Then we had to replace the carpet yet again and put down linoleum all through out because even the new carpet started to smell like a cheap motel room.
