Every time it so much as sprinkles here in So Cal our local weather man makes such a production of it that you would think it was time to start gathering the animals and building an arc.
So when Dallas starts talking up this storm coming up I just chalked it up to another dramatic reading by our weatherman.....

Maybe I should get going on my arc?

yikes that's a lot of water. I fi ever get water that deep you better be in an ark cause I live on a HUGE hill

I saw the guy on the news yesterday, rowing his boat down some street in Burbank or something. Cracked me up.
I agree that the newscasters get a lot crazy when we get a little rain, but this was DEFINITELY worthy to be called Storm Watch 2010!
Your weather man must be just like ours. We get a good storm and they start screaming tornadoes. But then again, everybody does that around here. It's really sad. Middle of an ice storm and their yelling tornado.
