Seriously had a tenant complain to me that I spend way more time concentrating on my kids then on the tenants here on the property.

Of course I spend more time concentrating on my kids then I do concentrating on you. Did you want me to cook you dinner and change your diaper as well?

Honestly! Do you see what I am dealing with!

What kind of attention did she want from me?! When she has a maintenance request I fill it promptly, when she wants a parking pass I give her one. Honestly. Why do people believe that the manager is their personal concierge.
