Honesty

Answered the phone well past business hours. It was a woman who really wanted to come see the apartments. She sounded a little tired, but had read the reviews online and wanted to make an appointment for the following day. 

Great. 

Until she told me how she really wanted to come see the apartment earlier in the day, but she took too many pain pills and fell asleep. She then goes on to say how she doesn't have a lot of money, and even if she doesn't always pay rent, she's a really nice person. 

Well, I mean, at least she's honest.
