Resident announces she's moving two months into her one year lease.
Why?
"I'm getting married."

"Congratulations, but you'll have to pay the lease breaking fee."

Resident's eyes gloss over in RAGE. "You don't want me to live with my husband? You're horrible and treat people like dogs....I'm not paying anything. I'm getting married and I'm not letting you ruin my marriage.... How dare you!"
